A guided meditation application designed to quickly and easily bring you into an easy to follow meditation routine with a soothing background music, breathing guide, and an easy to understand steady voice including simple but powerful options to custom tailor the meditation to be as short or as long as reasonably possible ending with the background music continuing as long as you keep the app going.

Having never meditated before, I wanted an application which was quick and easy to use. Sit down, close my eyes, listen to a soothing rhythm of music in the background while a calm voice guided me through a simple, easy to follow meditation routine that I could use on a daily basis.

This app is straight forward; just music and a soothing voice. Need a moment? Click the screen to pause it and go do what you need to do.

Features in the settings include volume controls to tailor the experience to your liking. Additionally, you can change the speed at which the routine begins, ends, as well as how long to pause between each section. You can turn hints on and off as well from the settings.

There are many benefits to meditation. A guided meditation utilizes a soothing voice which takes you through a simple to follow routine and guides you through a path of relaxation. Once in a relaxed state, you scan your body and work on letting in positive thoughts and energy while focusing on relaxing tense muscles and sore bones.
